Why Natura AI Exists

Hi. My name is Nate Walchenbach, and I'm the Founder of Natura AI.

Before I tell you what Natura AI is, I want to tell you why it exists. Because the why is the whole point.

I'm a father of two. And like most parents, the moment my kids came into this world, everything changed. The food we buy. The products we use. The choices we make on a random Tuesday night at the grocery store—they all started to feel heavier.

My wife started down the clean living path before I did. A lot of it began during our pregnancy. She wanted to make sure we were giving our kids the best possible start. She dove in headfirst. Researching ingredients. Swapping products. Reading labels I didn't even know existed. She was doing ten times the work I was. I felt behind.

But I wanted to contribute. I wanted to show up for my family in the way I knew how.

So I started building.

The problem wasn't a lack of information—it was too much of it. And most of it was either buried in hours of research, hidden behind closed doors, or tangled up in Facebook group arguments where nobody could agree. I'd search a simple question and end up more confused than when I started. One source says one thing. Another says the opposite. And you're just a parent standing in an aisle trying to do the right thing at the grocery store.

That's why I built Natura AI. Not as a tech project. Not as a startup pitch. As a tool I actually needed. A highly trained, thoughtful artificial intelligence that could give me real, honest insight into health and wellness with backed-up data… without the noise. Without the controversy. Without having to spend my entire evening sorting through conflicting information just to figure out what soap is safe for my kid.
