1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Natura AI™ (the "Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently. Individuals between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), children under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the Service.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements described above and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Service

Natura AI is a wellness information platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide educational content related to natural health, nutrition, supplements, herbal remedies, and general wellness topics. The Service may include features such as conversational AI guidance, ingredient scanning, family health profile management, and personalized wellness information.

Natura AI is not a medical provider. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Natura AI does not provide personalized medical advice, and no information provided through the Service should be construed as such. All information delivered through the Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will keep your account information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify us immediately at legal@mynatura.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, bans, or for any other purpose is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or our business interests.

5. Subscription and Billing

Natura AI offers trial and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the web, or through the App Store if you subscribed through the iOS app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
• Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For iOS subscriptions, refund requests are handled through Apple. For web subscriptions, you may contact support@mynatura.ai for billing inquiries.
• Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods from time to time. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be notified of the applicable charges before the trial ends.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Rely on the Service for emergency medical decisions or as a substitute for professional medical care in urgent or life-threatening situations.
• Misrepresent, redistribute, or present AI-generated output from Natura AI as professional medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a treatment plan authored by a licensed healthcare provider.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, collect data from, or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service, including features that prevent or restrict use or copying of content.
• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by Natura AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content and information you provide as input to the Service ("User Inputs"). By submitting User Inputs, you grant Natura AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your inputs solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Natura AI an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose, including to improve and enhance the Service, without any obligation or compensation to you.

8. User Content and Data

In the course of using the Service, you may provide health-related information, wellness preferences, conversation history, and other personal data ("User Data"). We take the privacy and security of your User Data seriously.

Your User Data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the Service for analytics, research, and Service improvement purposes. Such anonymized data will not identify you personally.

9. Family Features and Children's Data

The Service includes family management features that allow account holders to create and manage health profiles for family members, including minor children. If you use these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide about family members, and you represent that you have the legal authority to provide such information on their behalf.
• If you add a profile for a minor child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the collection and use of the child's information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• In compliance with COPPA, no account may be created for a child under the age of 13. While parents or guardians may create family member profiles for children of any age within their own account, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for managing that data and ensuring it is used appropriately.
• Information provided in family member profiles is used solely to personalize wellness information within the Service and is subject to the same privacy protections described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver its functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers (including Anthropic) to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors, and you should independently verify any information before relying on it.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, including Stripe and RevenueCat (for mobile subscriptions). Your payment information is processed directly by these providers and is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• The Service utilizes third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, data storage, authentication, and other operational functions.
• Certain data may be shared with these third-party providers as necessary to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Natura AI is not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by the applicable third party's terms and conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATURA AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

Without limiting the foregoing, Natura AI makes no warranty or representation that:

• The health and wellness information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• The information provided is applicable to your specific health situation, conditions, or circumstances.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from defects or errors.
• Any results or outcomes obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.

You acknowledge that you use the Service and rely on any information provided through the Service entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURA AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NATURA AI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES, PERSONAL INJURY, OR HARM THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURA AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO NATURA AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natura AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Service.
• Your reliance on any information provided through the Service, including any health decisions made based on such information.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• Any content or information you provide through the Service that infringes upon the rights of any third party.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@mynatura.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved within this 30-day period, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution as described below.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND NATURA AI AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Natura AI agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Small Claims Court Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court's jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and Natura AI agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

16. Modifications to Terms

Natura AI reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via email (sent to the address associated with your account) or through a prominent in-app notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service and cancel your account before the changes take effect.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

17. Termination

Natura AI may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by canceling your subscription (if applicable) and deleting your account. To request account deletion, please contact us at support@mynatura.ai.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the Medical and Health Disclaimer, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Arbitration and Dispute Resolution sections.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
